Once a trip is confirmed, we request for your govt-issued id proofs [for Indians] or copies of passports & VISAs [for non-Indians]. This is for internal record-keeping purposes and to be shared with the relevant govt. authorities on as needed basis.

5. Controlling personal information

NORTH EAST EXPLORERS will not sell, distribute or lease personal information to third parties without prior permission or if required by law to do so. We will only share your details with our partners who are/will be instrumental in facilitating our guests’ trip(s). NORTH EAST EXPLORERS will retain users’ information for so long as NORTH EAST EXPLORERS considers it reasonable or for so long as is required by law.
